My workout video keeps freezing, loading, or buffering. What should I do?Updated a month ago

1️⃣ Close Unnecessary Windows: Ensure Grow Young Fitness is the only webpage open.
2️⃣ Check Your Internet Connection: If this is a frequent issue, you may need a stronger internet plan.
3️⃣ Update Your Device: Make sure all software updates are installed.
4️⃣ Restart Your Device: A simple reboot can sometimes fix streaming issues.
5️⃣ Try a Different Web Browser: Google Chrome is recommended, but you can also try Safari.
6️⃣ Lower Video Quality: Click the gear icon at the bottom right of the video, select Quality, and choose a lower resolution. (see screenshot below)


7️⃣ Try Another Device: It might be a temporary glitch—log in on another device and check back later.
