Our workouts are safe, low-impact, and specifically designed for seniors. However, we always recommend consulting your doctor if you have any concerns about which movements are right for you.
Avoid any exercises that cause pain. If a movement feels uncomfortable, stop at the point where you feel no pain and continue to build strength from there. Over time, even small progress will lead to improvement. This is how you push through barriers and get stronger.
Feel free to modify any workout as needed and always listen to your body.
