Can I modify the workouts?Updated a month ago
Yes, absolutely! Feel free to modify any of the workouts to suit your needs. You’ll still get great benefits as long as you keep moving! You can repeat an exercise or movement as many times as necessary to improve and build strength. If you can't perform a movement, you can still keep it moving by walking or jogging in place. Remember, "motion is lotion!"
For any movements that are challenging, just do the best you can. If you experience pain, stop at the point where it starts to hurt. Even small progress will make a difference over time, and you’ll see improvement. This is how you break through barriers and continue getting stronger.
For exercises involving arms over your head, do the full range of motion with your stronger arm. For the weaker arm, move it as far as you can without pain.
If you can't get your knee to your nose, don't worry—that’s common! Just go as far as you can, and remember that progress is the goal.
It’s always a good idea to consult your primary doctor for personalized advice on which movements are safe for you, especially based on your health history.
