Can I repeat the workouts?Updated a month ago

Yes, absolutely!

Here are some situations where repeating workouts can be beneficial:

  • You’ve completed the entire series and want to maintain or continue seeing results.
  • The workout was challenging the first time, and you couldn’t finish it all in one go.
  • You’re adjusting the intensity by adding or removing weights/exercise bands to make the workout more or less challenging, depending on your progress.

Repeating exercises is key to seeing continued progress. Plus, it gives you the opportunity to track how much you’ve improved since the last time.

Even professional athletes repeat the same exercises hundreds of times. We can use that same approach to our advantage. Eventually, you can swap in new exercises, but for now, let’s focus on repeating the ones that work best for you.
