How do I progress through the workouts/program?Updated a month ago

We recommend exercising 3-5 days per week. On workout days, complete one routine. If you feel up for more, you can increase to 6 days per week or even do two routines in a day.

For the best results, follow a program from start to finish. For example, begin with FOUNDATION and complete all routines before moving on to another program. Each program is designed for gradual progression—if you do "Workout 1" today, move on to "Workout 2" the next time you exercise.

Once you complete a program, the key to continued progress is repetition. You can start over from "Workout 1" or try a new program.
