How do I use the exercise bands?Updated a month ago
You can choose any exercise band based on your preferred resistance level and the muscle group you're working on. Feel free to switch bands as needed to keep challenging yourself while still getting great results!
- Purple (Medium) – Offers moderate resistance.
- Blue (Light) – Provides a lighter resistance level.
- Green (X-Light) – Best for minimal resistance.
For the best results, use slow and controlled movements to prevent the bands from rolling up.
The bands Deron uses in the videos may look different because our bands were created after filming. If you prefer wider bands, you can find affordable options on Amazon.
