What equipment do I need to complete these exercises?Updated a month ago

To complete our exercises, you’ll need:

1️⃣ A chair – Preferably one with a back and no arms for better support and range of motion.

2️⃣ Exercise bands (optional but recommended) – You can purchase our set here: Exercise Bands.

3️⃣ Dumbbells (optional but recommended) – We suggest 2lb - 5lb weights. You can find them on Amazon.

While exercise bands and dumbbells aren’t required, they can help improve your results!
